Climate Change: Hainan Province ravaged by rainstorm

South China's Hainan Province has been hit with its worst rainstorm in half a century. The heavy downpour that's lasted a week has affected影响 more than one thousand villages. 210-thousand people have been forced to flee逃离 their homes.
